JOHN “GIO” PACE
As a co-founding shareholder of Ideal Image Development Corporation, the nation’s leading laser-hair removal franchise chain, John Giovanni Pace’s role as Vice President of Business Development catapulted the national footprint in year one resulting in record-breaking franchise sales of 24 units ($600,000 each) for a first year start-up.
John also helped oversee the development of the comprehensive infrastructure to support the then 60+ unit national footprint. John’s contribution to Ideal Image’s brand development began by co-writing and producing their national TV ads, billboards and re-producing their radio spots. John played a significant role in recruiting the core Executive Team and Advisory Board for Ideal Image Development Corporation.
John also served as CEO of Ideal Image Tampa, recruiting and training the sales team and overseeing operations of the four Tampa Bay locations with a staff of 45+. John has since helped brand and market a variety of Medical Centers throughout the Southeast including Doctor’s Life Care Plan, owned by Dr. Santo BiFulco, M.D.
Dr. Leslye Pace, MD
Dr. Leslye Pace has been a practicing Anesthesiologist with a Fellowship in Pain Management for over two decades. She completed her internship, residency, and fellowship at the University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB). For many years as a Pain Management Physician, Dr. Pace has as most Physicians alleviated symptoms rather than treat the causative factors of her patients’ degenerative conditions. She is more inspired than ever to be a medical doctor and be empowered to finally help regenerate and restore health from the inside out at a cellular level.
Dr. Pace has practiced Western Pain Medicine in her own Pain Clinic at UAB where she also served as Faculty. Dr. Pace discovered Regenerative Medicine eight years ago and it re-inspired her medical career since it first, “does no harm”, and abides by her Hippocratic Oath and second, it produces positive outcomes in over 80% of her patients.
